Quick Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
12 oz of Shrimp peeled and deveined (Fresh or Frozen01/4 cup Swanson's Organic Chicken 99% Fat Free Chicken broth3 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce2 tsp cornstarch1/4 cup (2 oz) of White wine2 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tbsp Organic ground ginger4cups California Mix Vegetables4 tsp light brown sugar
Directions
To make the sauce, in a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth with the cornstarch. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and wine. Whisk and set aside.
Boil 1/4 cup of water and add veggies. Bring back to boil and turn off and cover. Set aside.
Boil 1/2 cup of water with cajun seasoning. Bring to boil. Place shrimp in the water and bring to a boil. turn fire off and place a lid on the pot.
Drain the veggies. Drain the shrimp.
Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the oil and when hot add veggies. Let cook for 15-20 seconds. Add the shrimp. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce and stir and toss until thick.

Can be served over rice or noodles.
