Ingredients
1 can tuna1 head redleaf lettuce chopped1 small can diced black olives2 medium sized tomatoes chopped4 green onions diced1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 tablespoon flaxseed1 cup chopped walnuts*note: to lower fat intake, omit nuts from recipe
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, and serve plain or with dressing. If adding dressing, be sure to add the extra calories!

    OK..I added a Tblsp of Italian dressing to spice it up a bit.

    Note: the black beans are not included in the calorie count! - 1/7/10

    I just updated this so it includes the black beans. So sorry for the mistake and that you didnt enjoy it much!

    Absolutely delicious, especially for anyone who hates mayo in their salads. I substituted artichoke hearts for red leaf lettuce and added a raspberry balsamic vinegrette but it's good as is. - 5/11/09
