Klefsaas Kringla

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1 Tbsp butter2 eggs1 cup sour cream1 tsp vanilla1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt3 cups flour
Directions
MIXING:
Mix sugar and butter well. Add eggs, cream and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture forming a sticky dough. Allow dough to stiffen in the fridge.

ROLLING:
When dough is firm, using a floured pastry board or surface, roll Tbsp sized balls into thin cyclinders and twist like a pretzel.

BAKING:
Bake at 350º until lightly brown. About 8 minutes.

EATING:
Everyone has their own favorite way to eat Kringla. Some like it with a little powdered sugar sprinkled on top, some like it completely sugared, but our prefered way is to put just a midge of butter on the bottom or just plain. YUM!
