Ziti with sun dried tomato cream sauce

Ingredients
Directions
3 cups whole wheat pasta1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp parsley2 tbsp balsamic vinegar5 tbsp basil1 cup sun dried tomatos2 garlic cloves1 cup silken tofu1 tbsp salt
Cook pasta per directions on box, adding salt.
In a food processor or blender, combine remaining ingredients except parsley and process until smooth, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of pasta water to thin sauce to desired consistency.
Drain pasta and transfer to serving bowl.
Spoon sauce over pasta and toss to mix.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
