Taco Style Quinoa, Lentils & Rice

Ingredients
4 cups water3/4 cup dry lentils3/4 cup dry quinoa3/4 cup dry brown medium grain rice*2 (Edward & Sons) Natural Beef flavored Bouillon Cubes2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. cumin1 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. garlic powder2 Tbsp. Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a 2-quart saucepan bring the water to a boil. As the water is heating, add all the ingredients to the saucepan and stir well. Bring the pot to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to low. Place a lid on the pot and allow the mix to simmer for about 45-50 minutes. The water will be absorbed



*The Edward & Sons bouillon cubes are used for vegan and gluten free diets.
