Pina Colada Popsicles

Ingredients
1 can (12 oz) Pineapple Juice (Goya)4 Tbsp. Cream of Coconut (Goya)Place ingredients into a pourable container and mix well. Pour immediately (because the coconut cream tends to separate) into an icecube tray that has fourteen cube openings. Freeze until firm.Enjoy!Want to know what to do with the rest of the cream of coconut? You have just enough left to pour into an identical ice cube tray and have it be 2 Tbsp each. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Thaw out two cream of coconut cubes next time you want to make the recipe. :)
