Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, boiledHot Dog or Hamburger Bun1/4 cup onion1/2 cup celery1/2 cup sweet relish1/2 cup Mayo (not miracle whip!)
Directions
In a food processor, do in this order:
- put the bun through and chop up real fine. move to large bowl
- chop onion and celery together
- with the chopping blade and dicing blade on, but the chicken through

1 serving = 1/2 cup

Move the mixture to the bowl and combine the bread crumbs with the chicken mixture. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

Add in the relish. Add Mayo to desired consistency.
