Guacamole

Ingredients
Ripe Avocados - 4 avocados, remove seeds and skinRoma Tomatoes (or Plum tomatoes) - 2 tomatoes, dicedFresh garlic - 1 teaspoon, mincedWhite Onion - 1/4 cup, finely dicedFresh Cilantro - 3 tablespoons, choppedJalapenos - 1/2 pepper, finely dicedLimes - 2 limes, juiceSalt - 1 teaspoon
Directions
Spoon avocados into large bowl, mash with spoon or fork

Add 1 teaspoon of salt (more or less to your taste preference)

Squeeze 1 1/2 limes (add more to taste, sometimes I use 2 1/2 if the limes don't give off alot of juice)

Mix well.

Finely dice 2 roma tomatoes.
Finely dice 1/4 to 1/2 cup of white onion.
Mince 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic.
Add to avocados.

Finely chop 3 tablespoons of cilantro. Add.

For spicey guac, add 1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper finely diced (remove seeds and ribs for less spice).

Mix well. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour before serving.
