sorta peach milkshake smoothie

Ingredients
4 oz. Activia Peach Yogurt (frozen)1 Nectarine8 oz nonfat milk1 package sweetener4 or 5 ice cubes
Directions
Remove the skin from the nectarine (I usually peel it with enough meat of the fruit so I can eat the skin on the side while I'm blending the smoothie). Put everything in the blender or magic bullet if you have one. Pulse/blend until your smoothie is at a consistency you like.
