Grilled Santa Fe Chicken burgers

Ingredients
3/4 cup (12 oz) ground chicken breast1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs1/4 cup chopped red or green bell peppers1/4 cup chopped onions or green onions2 Tbls. chopped canned green chilies1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients, divide into four pattties. Cook on lightly sprayed non stick griddle or George Foreman grill until done. Serves 4!

    I omitted the salt and pepper, used ground whole oats instead of bread crumbs and added a cup of grated carrots to the mix I have to hide as many vegies in food as possible Turned out great Love the recipe Will be making a double batch next time to freeze!! - 5/8/09
