* Egg, fresh, 2 large * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tbsp * Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cup * Wheat bran, crude, 1/3 cup * Flour, white, 1 cup * Skim Milk, 1 cup * Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup *Fat Free Vanilla yogurt, 1 cup

Mix wet ingredients

Fold in blueberries to dry, fold in wet.
Fill 12 muffin cups

Bake at 400 for 20 min
