Rhubarb and redcurrant kiesel

Ingredients
440g peeled rhubarb100g redcurrants70 g brown sugar20g cornflour1/2 vanilla pod or 1tsp vanilla extract1.5 l of water
Directions
Makes 4 bowl size servings
Peel 440g rhubarb and chop it up. Add 100g of redcurrants and 1.5 l of water. Add 70g sugar and boil everything together till soft. After add cornflour (20g diluted in cold water) and 1/2 of vanilla pod or 1 tsp. boil for apx. 30 sec. or till the first water bubble pops up. Let it coll down and serve with an ice cream, yogurt or on it's own.
