Turkey in Leek Sauce

Ingredients
Turkey breast meat, 170 grams Leeks, 100 grams Curry powder, 3 tspMilk, 1%, 100 mLChicken boullion square knorr @ 10 grams, 10 gram(s) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) White flour, 15 gram(s) Water, tap, 30 mL
Directions
Cut the turkey breast into strips or cubes and dry fry it on a telfon pan..

Stir fry the leeks, curry powder, milk and boullion (boullion cup in the cup of water.. Cook it up make the flour and water to a paste to avoid clots in the sauce.. Pour the flour paste into the mixture until you get the sauce to the thickness you like..

Salt and pepper are optional, but not necessary if the curry is of a very hot type.. I added 75 grams of cooked rice and 10 oz of stir fried veggies to the dish..
