The Turkey Guadalajara Burger w/Tequila-Spiked Salsa

Burgers:1 teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt1 pound Ground TurkeyCooking Spray4 Sara Lee Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Hamburger BunsTequila-Spiked Salsa:2 Cups Chopped Seeded Tomato1 Cup Chopped Onion1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro1/3 Cup Chopped Peeled Avocado2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice2 Teaspoons tequila1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Salsa:
Compine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently
Yeild: 3 cups (serving size: 1/3 cup)
Prepare grill
Combine chile powder, salt, and ground turkey in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts (4oz), shaping each protion into a 1/2-inch thick patty.
Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. Place buns, cut sides down, on grill rack; grill 1minute or until toasted.
Place 1 patty on bottom half of each bun; top each serving with 1/3 cup Tequila-Spiked Salsa and top each the top half of the bun.
