Under the Sea Linguine

Ingredients
5lbs clams1 large onion3 garlic cloves1/3 cup dry sherryWater1/2 lbs small scallops3/4 lbs salmon7 large white mushrooms2 stalks green onion1 lbs whole grain linguine1/2 cup milk6 oz non fat cream cheese
Directions
Wash clams
Place clams in skillet
Put 1/2 of onion and 2 garlic cloves in the food processor. Pulse until mixture is mushy.
Add sherry and 1/2 cup water to mixture. Pour over clams. Turn on the heat to medium high. Cook clams until they open.
When clams open, place them in a bowl. Save the water mixture.
Open up shells of clams and take meat out.
Wash scallops and rub salt and pepper over them.
Cook scallops until brown on both sides.
Place scallops and clams in a bowl with the water from the clams. Let sit.
Rub salt and pepper on salmon. Fry in non fat cooking spray until pink throughout.
Roughly chop salmon, rest of onion, mushrooms, green onion and garlic clove.
Cook pasta for 11 minutes. Mix cream cheese in pasta until blended.
Cook seafood, onion, mushrooms, green onion and garlic clove together.
When everything is done cooking, put seafood mixture on top of pasta on a plate.
