summer squash-1zuchinni-1ginger root-1tbspjalapeno pepper 1red potatoes-3cucumbers-small,2,with skincoconut milk and coconut oilcurry leaveswaterfield peas-3 cups-soaked.
Directions
wash and cut the vegs in thin circular slices.Boil all the ingredients adding the coconut milk in the end.At the very end add the coconut oil and sprig of curry leaf.Enjoy!
