Ingredients
1 lb package of 93% lean ground turkey2 tbsp Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce (or to taste...less if you're wimpy, more if you're into hot stuff..Watch out! This stuff is really hot, so be careful if you've never used it!)1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
Directions
Thoroughly mix ingredients in a big bowl. Divide mixture into 10 equal servings. Roll each serving into a meatball. (Dip your hands in a separate dish of water between each ball to keep the turkey from sticking to your hands.)
Put a few balls at a time in a hot non-stick frying pan (no oil/spray is needed). Flatten each ball with a cooking spatula in the pan (or beforehand, if you wish). Cover pan to steam the top of the patties as they cook. Turn patties when they are nicely browned on the bottom and the tops are no longer pink (but still soft) from the steaming. Cover patties again once flipped and continue to cook until they are browned on the other side. The juices should be almost completely cooked off from the meat when finished. Remove from pan and allow to rest on paper-towel. It's important to keep them covered until ready to serve.

These would work well as mini-burgers on biscuits or small pieces of bread, but they are also good by themselves as a simple meat entree.

Makes 10 small patties. Each individual patty is a serving, but most people will want to eat more than one. 2-3 is a heartier portion.
