Ingredients
* Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz * *Best Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp * Garlic, 1 tsp * Cucumber (peeled), 150 grams * Lemon juice, 1 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Dice cucumber very small. Mix other ingredients with cucumber. Let flavors mix for at least 4 hours in fridge. Serve with cut up veggies, crackers, chips, or as a salad dressing. Also great on Gyros.
