amazing ahi salad

Ingredients
1lb sashimi grade tuna steak - diced3/4 cup diced cucumber (peeled)1 avocado - diced1/4 chopped green onion1 1/2 t red pepper flakes1 Tbsp sesame seed1 1/2t lemon juice2t sesame oil1/2 cup lite soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients into bowl. Place this bowl into a larger bowl filled with ice. Chill in the refrigerator 15 min.

Serve alone for dinner or wiht toasted bread or crackers as an appetizer.
