Ambrosia Cream

Ingredients
1 8oz package fat-free cream cheese1 8 oz container of fat-free vanilla yogurt1 tsp pure vanilla extract10 packets Splenda
Directions
Makes two cups-each serving is 2 tablespoons

Let cream cheese and yogurt come to room temperature. Whip cream cheese until smooth, then add yogurt, splenda and vanilla. Beat on high until very smooth and creamy. Enjoy with your favorite fruit!

    This sounds good. I also have a fruit dip that I want to share. You need 1 8oz. lowfat creamcheese and 1 16oz marshmallow fluff mix with your mixer until well blended. Refridgerate until ready to use. This will keep in the refridgerator for up to 1 week. - 5/29/11
