1 lb. Chicken Breast1/2 lb. Sausage1 Cup Brown Rice1 Onion4 Celery Stalks1 Green Pepper14.5 oz. Canned Diced Tomatoes1 Cup Chicken Broth2 Tbsp. Cayanne Pepper2 Tbsp. CuminSalt & Pepper
Combine Chicken Broth with cut up celery, onion, and pepper. Cook until tender. Add canned tomatoes. Add cut up chicken and sausage. Add spices. Cook 20 minutes, or until chicken and sausage is done. Serve over brown rice.
