Kroger Brand 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese- 1/8 cupRed Tomamto Chopped- 1 tbspYellow Onion Chopped- 1 tbspGreen Bell Pepper Chopped- 1tbspEgg Beaters- 1/4 cupMuffin PanMazola Pure Butter No Stick Spray
Directions
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Spray your muffin pan for the desired number of muffins you will be making. Take a bowl and put all of your ingridents in it and mix. Pour into a muffin slot. Repeat until you have made the number of muffins you would like. Put into the oven...they will rise some, take out when golden and enjoy :)
