Dilly Potato Salad

1.5 lbs of red potatoes (small)3 tbs dill weed, dried or (.25 cup fresh, chopped with pickles)1 cup chopped Dill pickles (I use food processor)8 tbs (1/2 cup) light Mayonnaise
Boil potatoes until they can be pierced with a folk - app. 25-30 min. Drain and add dill weed, chopped pickle, and mayo. Stir together and serve. This is good warm or cool. Serves 6 (1/2-3/4 cup serving)
