* Ground beef, extra lean 2lbs * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup chopped * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Bacon, 3 medium slices diced * Garlic, 3 cloves minced * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup * Instant Coffee 3 tsp dry * *Low-Sodium Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp * Ken's Steak House Marinade: Balsamic & Roasted Onion, 3 tbsp * Cheddar Cheese, 12- 1 inch pieces
reserve the cheddar cubes.
Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl. form into 12 medium size patties. place one cheddar cube in the center of each patty and close the meat around it. Reform the patty and set aside.
I cook mine on the grill for about 4-5 minute per side.
