Macaroni and Tuna Salad

4.5 oz elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed2 tbsps lowfat mayonnaise1/4 cup Fat free Plain Yogurt1/2 onion, chopped2 stalks celery, diced finely2 oz pickles, diced finely1 tsp mustard5 oz can Albacore tuna, drained
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box, drain and rinse it to make sure it stops cooking. Then mix mayonnaise, mustard and yogurt all together and season to your tastes- i added celery salt, salt and black pepper to mine. Then combine all diced veggies with the cold macaroni and drained tuna and top with the seasoned mayo and stir. Serve immediately or even better after cold!
makes 4- 1 cup servings at meal time or 8 1/2 cup servings for a side dish!
