Carrot Crab Salad

Ingredients
2 tbsp light mayo3-4 fresh grated carrots1 cucumber peeled and chopped1 c chopped fresh onion1-2 chopped fresh tomatoes1 jalapeno pepper deseeded and chopped1-2 tbsp ketchup1 package imitation crab meatdash fresh cilantro
Directions
wash and grate carrots. Peel cucumber and dice. Dice tomato and onion. Cut jalapeno and deseed. Chop cilantro. Spoon in mayo and ketchup. Chop crab and mix everything very well.
