Amish Friendship Bread

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour1 pkg (6-serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix1-1/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup Starter (see Starter recipe)1 cup sugar2/3 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup milk3 large eggs1 tsp vanilla extractTopping1/2 cup sugar1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Whisk together in a medium bowl the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda; set aside.

In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients except topping, mixing well. Stir in the flour mixture, mixing only until just combined; do not over mix.

Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon. Dust the greased loaf pans with half of this mixture.

Pout the batter evenly into the pans. Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Makes 2 loafs with 12 servings each.
