Turkey Smoked Sausage with White Rice

Ingredients
8 Oz. Kroger Turkey Smoked Sausage3/4 Cup Kroger Chopped Green Pepper (frozen)1/2 Cup Kroger Chopped Onion (frozen)1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (not packed in oil; found in same aisle as dried fruit)2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Cup Long Grain White Rice1 Tbsp. Kroger Unsalted Butter1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Heat oil over medium to medium-high heat.

Cook rice with 2 cups water and butter for 20 minutes or until tender.

While rice is cooking, cut up smoked sausage and add to oil.

Add green peppers, onions, tomatoes, salt, and pepper; cook over medium to medium low heat until rice is done.

Serve sausage mixture over rice.

Makes approximately 3 servings.
