* Baker’s 2% Milk, 2 cup (divided)* Cottage cheese, 2%, Daisy brand, 1.5 cup* Sugar Free, Fat Free Jell-O, Butterscotch (mix only)1 pkg* Max Pro Vanilla Protein (1 scoop)

Blend 1.5 cups cottage cheese with 1 cup milk until thick and creamy. Blend in remaining milk. Blend in pudding mix and protein powder. Cover and chill until set.

*Note: Milk and cottage cheese fat percentages can be changed dependent on what macros you are going for.
