1 cup Fiber One1/2 Egg White1/8 tsp Steviosides (Stevia Powder)5/8 cup 1% Milk1/2 cup WW Flour1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup FrozenBlueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve Stevia into milk so that there is no clumps. Mix with the egg white and Fibre One and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and then stir into milk mixture until just incorporated. Fold on blueberries and bake for 25 minutes. ENJOY!!!
