Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Turkey and Vegetables

Ingredients
Cooking Spray1 lb lean ground turkey1 red onion, chopped4 garlic cloves, minced1 cup grated zucchini2 carrots, grated1 cup bell pepper (any color), finely chopped1 tbsp fresh basil, minced2 tbsp fresh oregano, minced2 cups Garden Select Garlic/Onion Thick Tomato Sauce1/4 cup water to thin the sauceTomato Paste can be added to deepen flavor
Directions
Cook ground turkey in the cooking spray, add the garlic and onions half way through. Add all prepared vegetables and herbs and saute for 3-5 min. Add tomato sauce and water (if needed). Mix well, leave on high heat until it bubbles and then turn it down to low and leave to simmer for at least 20 min more. Taste the sauce, and add more fresh or any dried herbs as desired.

Makes 4 hearty portions.
