Corn kernels: 1 CupGreen Chillies: 3-4Ginger 1 small pieceCoriander Leaves: about 1/2 cupChickpeas Flour (Besan/gramflour flour): 1/4 cupBread Crumbs:1/4 cupLemon Slices: 3-4Chaat Masala: 1 spoonSalt to tasteOil- 2 tbsp
Microvave fresh corn kernals. You can use frozen ones also. Once done, Press them with tissue paper to remove excess water. Finely chop onions, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
Roast gram flour in a pan until it gives a nice aroma. Remove to a bowl.
To the above mixture, add the rest of the cooked corn niblets, coriander leaves,green chillies ginger and salt as per taste.
Also add bread crumbs and mix well to form dough. Make cutlets out of them.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in non stick pan and cook them till brown on both sides make another batch and repeat the process.
