Slow Cooker Low Fat Turkey Chile

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 cups onion, chopped2 cups peppers, chopped2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic and basil, drained1 can red kidney beans, drained not rinsed1 large can of tomato sauce1 tablespoon of Emirle Original Essencesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook turkey in a frying pan unitl it breaks up easily. (It doesn't have to be thoroughly cooked because the meat will finish cooking in the slow cooker.)
2. Drain turkey and toss in a slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3 hours.
4. Serve over baked potatoes, or with baked tortilla chips or alone in a bowl.
