Homemade Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
7 ripe tomatoes, blanched1.5 tbsp Olive Oil4 large baby carrots (put them in the food processor)1 tbsp oregano1 medium onion, finely chopped6 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a large pot and cook to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can change any of the ingredient quantities to suit your taste.
