Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients
4 tilapia filets3 cloves garlic, minced1 T dried parsley3 T butter2.5 T lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse filets and pat dry. Place on cooking sheet coated with spray. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Over high heat, saute garlic, butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Drizzle over fish. Bake on 375 for 10-20 minutes. Serves 4
