Summer Fruit Dip

Ingredients
6 oz fat free cream cheese1 small banana3 6-oz carbmaster yogurts (can all be the same flavor or 3 different ones)If you don't have carbmaster yogurts where you shop you can substitute greek yogurt to still get the high protein.
Directions
Simply mix all ingredients together in a blender and pour into a serving dish or store in the fridge.
