Ingredients
Scallops, 4 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Western Family Southern Style Hash Browns, 1 serving *Butter - I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
1) Cut 1cup Peppers & 1 med scallion
2) Add 1 cup Hash browns
3)Cook at 400 degrees till just about done 20 min
4) take out and Add Scollops and butter.
5) Put back in oven for 16 min.

This has good Potassium, Carbs and Protein
This is 1 serving.
This ia a meal in one.

Opitional you can coat Scallops with breadcrums if you want.
