Crab Ravioli with crab meat sauce

Ingredients
Ravioli1.5 c. white flour + 0.51 c. wheat flour0.5 c. milk2 eggs1 T butterStuffing and sauce2 c. crab meat0.75 c low fat ricotta2 medium eggs
Directions
mix paste ingredients together adding as much flour as necessary for a elastic dough. Allow dough to rest for 20 min. Fix stuffing in the mean time.

Mix stuffing ingredients together.

Roll dough out and cut into desired ravioli shapes. Add stuffing and seal with egg wash.

With remaining stuffing add cornstarch and enough water to make it runny. Heat in sauce pan on low until thicken. Stirring frequently.

Boil ravioli. Should only take a couple of minuetes.
