Ingredients
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 Italian tomato * Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper * Balsamic Vinegar, .5 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * kosher salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Dill weed, dried, .5 tbsp * Lemon Juice, .33 lemon yields * Lime Juice, .33 lime yields
Directions
Chop all vegetables in small pieces. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Put half of the mixture in a blender or food processor to liquify. Combine and chill for 20 minutes.
