Carne Asada Style Chicken- South beach Phase 1

Ingredients
1/4 cup lime juice2 garlic cloves minced1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/8 tsp + 1 pinch salt1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken breast1 bag frozen Pepper and onion blendavocado slices & salsa (optional, not included in NI)
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a zip top bag. Marinate Chicken for at least 20 minutes or over night.

Grill or bake chicken until done.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Add pepper and onion blend and pinch of salt; saute until lightly browned and all liquid is evaporated.

Top chicken with peppers and onions. Serve with avocado slices & salsa (not included in NI)
