Potato Rosettes

Ingredients
2 cups potatoes, peeled, boiled, mashed and cooled1 egg, beaten1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1 Tbsp fresh chives, choppedcooking spray
Directions
Preheat broiler.
In large bowl mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray, swirling to give rosette look (or use pastry bag).
Broil 5-8 minutes, or until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Makes 2 dozen.
