Ingredients
2 slices light Edam cheese1 T lime12 oz cod filletsCajun Spice3 T light mayonnaise1 small onion, grated
Directions
Mis cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion together. Sprinkle fish with Cajun spice on both sides. spread the cheese and mayonnaise mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
