Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake

Ingredients
Combine flour, fiber cereal, soda, baking powder and salt. Beat granulated sugar, applesauce and oil. Beat in eggs, 1/4 cup lemon juice and zest, the flour mixture. Fold in sour cream and seeds; pour into a 9"x5" coated loaf pan.
Directions
Cool for 20 min. Remove from pan; cool. Mix powdered sugar with remiaining lemon juice; pour over cake. Serves 18.
