Veggie Cheese Omlette

Ingredients
1 spray of Pam ( or other brand name) cooking sray3 egg whites1 stalk chopped celery1/4 cup chopped broccoli1 slice fate free processed cheese
Directions
Spay sautee pan with cooking spray.
pour egg white in pan.
add veggies, cook for 2 minutes, add cheese.
cook for 1 minute, flip omlette in half, cook for 1 minute. serve. 1 serving.
