Pork Chop surprise with Red Potaoes

Ingredients
6-8 PorkchopsExtra Virgin Olive Oil6-8 Red potatoes cut into quarterJulienne .Carrots1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix1 pkg toasted Onion and garlic potato seasoningPepperSprinkle of Seasoning salt
Directions
Wash Pork Chops Put them in a Crock pot
Cut Potatoes put on top of chops and then the Julienne carrots on top of that.
Put Onion soup mix,Onion and Garlic potato seasoning and olive oil on top. Fill Crock Pot about1/4- 1/2 full water
Season with Pepper and seasoning salt for taste. Let cook for 1 hour. Covered
Take cover off so potatoes get a little crispy
Cook for another 1/2 hour
After it is all done, with the seasonings and juice from the dinner you can make a nice gravy to coat your potatoes and chops with.
Makes a very nice meal.
