It is very low in cals and I like to use it for sandwich. You could add anything else you would like.1.) 2 tbso Kraft's light mayo2.) 2 tbsp raw onions3.) 1 strip of chopped pepper bell (any colour)4.) 1-2 tbsp cooked Kidney Beans5.) 2-4 tbsp cooked Pinto Beans6.) 1 tbsp plain yogurt, no fat7.) 1 can of light tuna in water
1.) Drain and rinse off the salt in tuna.
2.) Chop yellow bell and onions.
3.) Mash the beans as creamy as possible.
4.) Mix all the ingredients together. Voila!
5.) Chill before serve.
