Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 can Salmon2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes2 egg whites1 tbls parleys1/2 cup green onions, slicedDry bread crumbs
Directions
Drain salmon & break into chunks. Set aside, mix mashed potatoes with eggs and parsley until smooth. Fold in salmon & onions. Form patties & coat with crumbs. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes on each side.
