Gramma's Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Be sure to mix this recipe in a very large bowl.Put your bran into a small bowl. Boil your water and then pour over the bran, be sure that all the bran is wet. Set aside.Cream your margarine, sugar and eggs in your large bowl. Add your buttermilk and bran mixture.Fold in the remaining ingredients.Once mixed I place the batter into an ice cream pail and then put into the fridge till the next day. This batter can be kept in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. You cannot bake this recipe on the day that you mix it!!!
Directions
You CANNOT bake these on the day you mix them!!!

Makes approximately 5 dozen muffins.

Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.
