Maple Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
2 Large boneless skinless chicken breasts1/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup2 Cloves of Garlic1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat Olive oil in frying pan. Cut Chicken into approx 1" pieces. Add chicken to the frying pan and cook on Medium high until almost finished. Add Garlic (crushed) and Maple Syrup and turn heat down to medium. Continue to simmer until Syrup thickens into a saucy consistency.

Makes approx 4 servings 1/2 cup each.
Best served on a bed of brown rice.
