Shrimp Stirfry

Ingredients
20 precooked peeled, deveined shrimp1/2 pkg Europe's Best Zen Garden frozen vegetables2 tbsp sodium reduced soy sauce1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
heat wok with ollive oil. Add vegetables and cook till tender. Add shrimp and cook till heated through. Drain, then add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp minced garlic. Turn heat down to simmer or keep warm, let sit until rice or noodles are done.
serve over brown rice.
